Special Awards – Micro Drama Section

On 25 June 2026, Nanyang Bridge Media was honored to receive a Special Award (Micro-Drama Section) at the Awards Ceremony of the 5th ASEAN-China “Friendship and Cooperation” Short Video Contest in Nanning, Guangxi, China, a city widely recognized as one of the most important gateways connecting China and ASEAN.

Representing Nanyang Bridge Media at the ceremony, CEO Gandhi Priambodo received an award recognizing the company’s contribution to fostering cross-cultural understanding and people-to-people exchange through storytelling and media.

During the event, Gandhi also had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Irene, Deputy Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to China and Mongolia, alongside media leaders, cultural institutions, creators, and international exchange organizations from across ASEAN and China.

This year’s event was especially meaningful, taking place during the 35th Anniversary of ASEAN-China Dialogue Relations. Since its launch in 2020, the ASEAN-China “Friendship and Cooperation” Short Video Contest has grown into a leading platform for cross-cultural storytelling, highlighting how media and creative content can strengthen cooperation, exchange and partnerships between China and Southeast Asia.
